A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that American Express is not accepted as a payment method at this hotel. Being a period property the Royal Harbour Hotel does not have a lift, however the hotel is happy to assist with luggage wherever possible. For any reservations made on the same day of arrival after 12:00 PM (noon), room access and check-in are only guaranteed from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM. A surcharge of £30 per room applies for late check out past 10am Past noon will incur another £30 charge. Past 2pm and it will incur another night's stay. Please be advised that at certain times you will be asked to self check in with door codes. Please ensure you keep an eye on your messages Please note that during quieter times the main lounge area of the hotel may not be available. Our small car park (4 spaces) is available on a first come first serve basis. No reservation can be made.
