For the first time but certainly not for the last time.

We were on a day trip in Bregenz and were looking for a café with cake and nice Mood. And lo and behold, everything found in the Café/Hotel Kaiser. Very friendly and personal service and great Service. The vortices were in a class of their own. All in all, great experience and very warm thanks for the nice time at Café Kaiser. Will gladly come back on occasion and recommend everyone to take a break in Café Kaiser.

Central, relatively cheap, retro in the bad sense

The hotel is located in the center of Bregenz. A very old three-star house of the eighties, with rusty fridge, old fittings, unhygienic old-fashioned stretch carpet, a non-functioning TV and zero Service. No room service, no extra beds, cleaning.

Unser Hotel ist in einem historischen Gebäude mitten in der Bregenzer Innenstadt untergebracht, das bewusst mit klassischem Charme und Retro-Elementen arbeitet. Dennoch legen wir großen Wert auf Funktionalität, Sauberkeit und laufende Instandhaltung. Die von Ihnen erwähnten Punkte – insbesondere bezüglich des Fernsehers– nehmen wir ernst und prüfen diese. Selbstverständlich hätten wir Ihnen gerne mit dem Fernseher persönlich geholfen, um eine Lösung zu finden.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass täglicher Zimmerservice bei uns grundsätzlich vorgesehen ist. Sollte es hier zu einem Missverständnis oder Ausfall gekommen sein, tut uns das sehr leid.
