Very nice hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a little balcony. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection. It would have been even better if coffee and tea facilities were provided in the room. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, although the menu offers limited choices. Overall, we had a great stay.

More than expected

On the return trip from Italy to Germany, I booked an overnight stay at the Eggerbräu. Although I hadn't made a reservation, I got a seat outside for dinner. The service was consistently friendly and uncomplicated. I felt comfortable immediately. My room was modern and very quiet. Breakfast was available starting at 6:30 AM, and by 7:30 AM, I was able to continue my trip well-rested. I would love to come back.

A hidden gem in the Tyrolean Alps

Sometimes it is a real moral dilemma to write a review. From a purely selfish point of view, you would rather keep your hidden gem to yourself. In the end, everyone will discover this little jewel and you won't be able to get a room yourself anymore. But still: I simply cannot keep this wonderful little hotel to myself. More people should get to know it. If only because the owners and the entire team at the Stadthotel Eggerbräu are so warm and likable.
The rooms are beautiful and, above all, sparkling clean! No black spots in the bathroom grout – everything is spotlessly clean and fresh, just like the entire hotel.
The food is excellent, the service is great, and waiter Daniel in particular ensures a good mood with his humor. Mother and daughter look simply stunning every evening (they actually serve in beautiful high heels every evening – I love it!). And the youngest generation, Pauline, is also just adorable.
Imst is also the perfect starting point for continuing the journey to Italy's Lake Garda. Actually, it would be a shame to stay only one night. Area 47 is an absolute recommendation! Likewise, the hike through the Rosengarten Gorge to Hoch-Imst, then up with the gondola and back down with the summer toboggan run – a great experience. Especially those with a sense of adventure will get their money's worth here (moms with a fear of heights might see it a bit differently, but the view is simply dreamlike).
In short: The Hotel Eggerbräu in Imst is absolutely worth one, or better yet, several overnight stays. Have fun!

Everything was perfect. Best burger in a long time

Very nice welcome, super service, beautiful new rooms, good dinner.
We happened to pass by during our bike tour and were pleasantly surprised.
Can definitely be recommended with a clear conscience

A warm welcome, comfort and charm

This is a lovely hotel in a truly charming town. Staff (especially Marie) were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Our room was large, with a very modern bathroom and huge closet/storage space. There are both indoor and outdoor spaces to gather for drinks or enjoy a good meal. The area is reinvigorating a wine industry that was mostly abandoned a hundred years ago offering a unique opportunity to sample wines you won't find anywhere else.
