Excellent place with perfect food.

Excellent place with nice view. The personnel is perfect and friendly. The food is perfectly prepared and very tasty. The prices are normal.
If you pass by, you need to stop here. Listen to the birds. Enjoy the panorama view you will never forget.

Great view, nice staff

We were there as a group of 55 people. Staff was really busy and occupied. Even though, they were friendly and always ready to help.Food is fine, the view from the restaurant is great! You can see the Vucha lake from either the restaurant or rooms. Our room was clean ans spacious. There was a small problem with the bathroom - the lock was broken and if you push it harder, it could fall off. The wi fi connection was terrible. The balcony was also spacious and you can see both the swimming pool and Vucha lake.

Excellent and amazing place!

Family Complex Chilingira is situated on the Road Krichim to Devin. It is one beautiful place, where you can eat and sleep. Go there and relax actively near and in the nature of Bulgaria Rhodope mountain. My pics are from 07th of July 2019.

Best location and views ever but very poor service

Amazing views and location, nice relaxing pool. However poolside bar not open or roadside cafe and restaurant service was terrible. 2 fridges and freezers at the closed bars were not accessible so no ice creams or large bottles of water even though they had them, the staff wouldnt get them for us, a 3 year old who wanted a ice cream.
No room cleaning or towels changed the maintance man was the only friednly member of staff and a young lad on reception when we arrived but then we didnt see him again.
Its far from any shops so take your own drinks, snacks and maybe lunch food as the restaurants doesnt offer much variety.

Really nice food

We drove up to this location for Sunday lunch. It was the day of the annual Smolyan motorbike rally!, big bikes everywhere.
Due to Covid there was distancing and hence, waiting. We queued outside for 30 minutes, it was a nice day and worth waiting for.
Nice big table for four of us. Table cleaned nicely (staff, however, were not wearing masks and there was a lack of visible hand sanitiser).
The staff were very nice and accommodating, speaking both Bulgarian and English.
We ordered a smattering of dishes.
First up were the salads. I had a Shopska, fairly standard, but utterly delicious. The cheese, especially was stunningly good. My Wife has a cheese/tomato salad with a basil dressing, again, beautiful.
Mains were grilled trout, pan fried trout, bbq chicken fillet, chips. The trout were delightful. The chicken was, as I told them, the best I had had in Bulgaria. Really well cooked on the outside, moist and tender in the middle.
Puddings were chocolate cake with coconut or Oreo. Both great.
Great views, appropriate music.
A few drinks, other small dishes. The total was around 130 leva. Not cheap, not expensive, but a good price for such lovely food.
