Hotel was clean staff were amazing tram directly outside of hotel to get into city
Only issue was rooftop was out of use two of the 3 nights due to private functions which was frustrating as wanted to use after a day of walking round the city.
Probably a good idea to check before booking non private events on which limit you use of rooftop bar/pool area.
Advise hotel to have a sign at reception letting people know to avoid going to rooftop to be turned away

Terrible

We say, "What have we been through?"
I would never recommend it.
When we arrived, they demanded excessive money, and when we asked why and expressed our surprise, they swore at us in English.
Their behavior is terrible.
The room cards never work; we've had to replace them 3-4 times.
We paid 9,000 TL and there wasn't even water in the room.
Breakfast wasn't breakfast, there weren't even any eggs.
No parking available.
We got burned, don't let yourselves get burned too.

Nice and modern hotel. I was disappointed that the pool was not open. It opens in June, but on the information leaflet in the room it says May, so this needs to be updated. Not the most central location, but a tram right outside, so easy to get around.
