Great location!

A very nice address to be close to the city center!! All visits were made on foot thanks to this proximity.
Nice staff and clean room!
Despite the cold outside in the room it was good.
Full breakfast!

Limitally unacceptable

Pretty central. Not careful at all, pretty dirty!! Very bad breakfast. The photos are very elaborate and do not correspond to reality.
The a/c outdated with poor performance for summer.Very small beds, but spacious room.The fridge with black mold inside!!!
An intense smell of mold and closure in the room! As well as quite disgusting behavior of staff!! I can't find any reason to stay there!!

Terrible experience

We stayed for 2 days in this dump they call a hotel. No air conditioning in a shabby room, even though it was clean,
The window is a skylight with no possibility of opening it. The staff is grumpy and indifferent. I highly recommend it to everyone who is on my........

Bad service.

Very well located in the city center. Basic facilities, needs renovation. A little expensive for what it offers, rate without breakfast.
The worst:
In six nights they only cleaned once. We asked for a shower towel and got a small one. We had to order toilet paper.
The last day we were asked to leave the key at reception to leave a moment when they had never done so before. It was done by a gentleman who was off the counter, out of uniform, and in bad ways.

The housekeeper is not good at all. She did not change the towels for all three nights, even took away one of the small shampoo bottle, she thought I didn't use it. After she "cleaned" the room, she did not lock my door. Front dest staff are good actually.
