Please note, outdoor swimming pool is open only in summer, from 15th of December to 15th March. During this period of time, swimming pool opens from 08:00 to 20:00. Tuesday to Sunday. Monday is maintenance day, but administration can choose other days for cleaning if needed. Please note, there will be no refund if you change the number of nights or guests of your reservation. Cleaning service is available from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00. Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00. There is no cleaning services on Sundays or holidays. Please note, towels are change every 2 days and it doesn’t include swimming pool towels. -- Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). * This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.
Chilean citizens will be charged an additional 19% value added tax. Please note that foreign guests do not need to pay this tax if they show their passports, immigration cards (issued within the past 90 days), and a non-Chilean credit card.
