The best location, very clean.

Can't get any closer to Old Town without being inside it. Very secure, two locked entrances to go through before getting to your room door. Very nice host. Large and long bed, very nice. Great air conditioner. Very tiny shower if you're a large person, but this isn't unusual for Europe.

Cash only Asts

This so called serviced accommodation doesn't provide any service. Cash ONLY in 2026 is a joke. Staff are rude and obnoxious. In an entire week no one empties the bin.
Good location. Rubbish service.
Avoid.
Management thinks sending abuse via WhatsApp is acceptable behaviour. They shouldn't be in the service industry.
No wonder Anna has problems with her boss. Just an Ast!

Propriétaire malhonnête, location à éviter

Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre de la villa Capo. Le propriétaire propose une place de parking, alors que l'information est totalement mensongère. La dame qui tient les lieux, propose des services qui n'existent pas. Au moment de payer en espèce, elle nous a demandé une somme plus conséquente avec un taux de change qui ne correspond pas à la réalité (bien plus élevé). AVIS AUX VOYAGEURS, VÉRIFIER VOTRE TAUX DE CHANGE AVANT DE LA PAYER, car elle n'a aucun scrupule à tenter de vous voler. Le check out se fait à 11h, mais un membre de son personnel est venu nous déranger à 10h30.
Le jour du départ, elle a osé aller sur le site de réservation en ligne pour notifier de l'annulation notre séjour. Elle voulait faire croire que nous n'y avons jamais séjourné car elle ne voulait pas que nous mettions de commentaire négatif et probablement, bénéficier d'une double facturation débitée sur carte bancaire.
Si vous pouvez, NE CHOISISSEZ PAS LA VILLA Capo !! Il y a tellement de logements à Split et des propriétaires bien plus honnêtes, que cette dame, heureusement.
