To call this a hotel is a stretch, its more like a guesthouse. No reception on arrival, even though published as open to 6pm (which says it all!!). Restaurant not open on arrival Sunday evening, which I was awre of, but to be told Monday evening there is only one choice of meal......this is not a Restaurant! Like others, I think this is an over priced 'guesthouse' for what it offers, even the breakfast was very basic for the overall cost. The only positive comment I could make is that there was a fan in the room to provide some cooling.

Generally good, but the meat on the second night was inedible

Overall we would have given 4 stars for excellent hotel and breakfast and dinner on the first night but the meat on the second night was inedible for everyone that night so only one star. Otherwise, a nice area with beautiful nature, i.a. Rebild hills and Roldskov
