Tres Palmas

2nd visit here, great as always. Staff was amazing and the surf is too. All our needs were met with a smile! Continental breakfast, private swimming pool. Everything was kept spotless. The store even offers laundry service! Restaurant and bar that are on the property are both great. The staff at the bar is also amazing!

Excellent surf lesson with David

My husband and I were staying in Ayampe with hopes of going surfing during our short stay. However, the waves were far too big for beginners like us. We found Tres Palmas through some online research, and contacted them on Whatsapp for lessons. They wrote back right away. David (the instructor) met us mid-way in Olon and gave us an EXCELLENT 2 hour surf lesson. We have taken lessons numerous times and we found David's four step method to be the most effective. My husband was riding almost every wave within an hour! I wasn't quite as successful but definitely caught more waves than I ever have. If you're in area looking for surf lessons, I highly recommend Tres Palmas! If we had known, we would have stayed at their lodge.

A surfer’s paradise!!

Though I haven’t stayed overnight, Tres Palmas is home base during the day when I’m in Montanita! Learn to surf with Rugby, the best teacher in the Pacific, or sit back and have a drink while you watch the pros go wild at the point! Geoff’s hospitality is unmatched and he will always make you feel like family!

I had a fantastic time at Tres Palmas
Clean and safe, great food and drinks nearby, fantastic location right on the beach. Great quiver of boards to use. Everyone involved with the organization was super friendly, professional, and fun
I’d highly recommend coming to stay, surf eat drink and relax

Family friendly

We have stayed here at tres Palmas for over a week and have decided to stay a few more days as Jeff makes us feel at home. Surf right out the front door, nice clean rooms,warm showers and a shared kitchen. What more do you need? He also has an array of surf boards to rent right here so it makes things very easy
