🅿️ Parking Parking spaces are limited and require prior reservation. Guests using parking will be asked for a EUR 50 deposit upon check-in for the remote control. This deposit is fully refundable upon departure once the remote control is returned. 💳 Security Deposit A EUR 200 deposit per apartment is required. 💳 Payment Only card or contactless payments are accepted. Cash payments are not possible. Important Information for Guests: Check-in & Payments: You are required to complete an online check-in form prior to arrival, which includes providing ID and credit card details. Please always inform us of your expected time of arrival. Only card or contactless payments are accepted. Security Deposit: A security deposit is required upon arrival to cover potential incidentals. This is fully refundable after check-out in couple of days period, subject to a damage inspection.
