Well maintained apartment hotel with careful owners. Good geographical lie.

Family run apartment hotel by Akkis with parents. Akis is thorough and straightforward and can be perceived as square but is friendly. The family lives there as well as some cats which makes it easy for questions at any time. The hotel and the area including the pool are very clean and well maintained. Suitable mainly for adults based on the rules that exist. Geographically it is perfect and quiet and airy location with supermarket and a few restaurants close. A walk into Pargas core including beach takes less than 10 minutes.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our recent stay at Akis Studios which is family-run and very friendly. All rooms have a balcony or patio area with pool view & there are washing lines & pegs for drying beach towels & clothes. The whole place is spotless, including the pool, there are plenty of sun beds & the abundant pots of flowers and plants are beautiful. The spacious rooms are cleaned daily with regular changes of towels and bedding. There is a small, reasonably priced pool-side bar and although they don’t serve food, it is easy walking distance to bakeries, supermarkets and tavernas at the end of the short road. It’s only a 10 minute fairly level walk to the clean beach and to the main town area with its numerous restaurants, bars and shops.
Akis went out of his way to be helpful & to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

Great stay in Parga

We really enjoyed staying at Akis Studios for a week. Small family run self-catering establishment with all rooms having a balcony or patio and pool view. On a very quiet side road. Ten minutes walk to the nearest beach and town centre, but plenty of small supermarkets, bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants nearer. Everything is kept immaculate and felt secure. Worth noting aircon is €10 per night, money well spent for us in the July heat though. We would happily return here if we came back to Parga.

Authentic, spotlessly clean, welcoming, friendly, home from home, great neighbourhood and location ☺️

First time in Parga and at Akis Studios. It's a magical place. Apartments and complex are absolutely spotless. Rooms cleaned daily and beds made. Towels changed twice a week. All rooms pool view. Pool area is absolutely spotless. Water is amazing and not a leaf in the pool, gorgeous and clean. A few rules but I was happy with that as Akis and his Mom Eleni keep the place immaculate. Evening s flowers and plants are gorgeous. They are both very helpful and friendly. Pool bar is reasonable. Location could not be better. Bakery, grill house, supermarkets at end of road. Neighbourhood is fab. A few minutes walk into town and it's a lovely walk. I never go to the same place twice but I will return to Akis Studios and Parga. It feels like home. I miss sitting on my lovely balcony, with a gorgeous view of olive trees opposite...☺️ A warm welcome and a lovely goodbye. Ευχαριστούμε Άκης και Ελένη and Akis, in England right now, κάνει κρύο φίλε έμαθα!!!

Parga Akis studios

My daughter and I had booked the hotel next door but due to double booking we were moved here instead. Can warmly recommend Akis studios, nice and cozy hotel and nice/helpful staff! Our room was spacious with cozy balcony facing the pool. The hotel is close to the beach/town, easy to walk there.
