Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. As an essential security measure to protect both our guests and our hotel guests may be required to present valid identification upon check in. All guests under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by adult. In the situation where a reservation was booked online, and the guest cannot provide valid ID or that ID states that the guest is under the age of 18 years of age, the hotel has right to refuse admission. As a security measure and to prevent any potential fraudulent transactions the credit card given at the time of booking must be the same card that is produced at the time of check in with the appropriate guests name on the card. Group T&Cs : When booking 3 rooms or more or reservation of over 5 nights , different policies will apply and the customer will be contacted by the hotel with more information. 10% Non-Refundable Deposit is to be paid within 5 days of the reservation date. The balance to be paid 60 days prior to arrival. If the above payment terms are not met , The hotel reserves the right to cancel of the booking. No-Show Policy: All guests who do not arrive on their scheduled date of arrival are considered No-Shows. No-show reservations will be cancelled and charged for the first night, as per the Talbot Collection booking policy. Once a room is released due to a no-show, there is no obligation to hold it for subsequent nights. If a guest arrives the following day, the booking may be reinstated at management discretion.
