Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Piscina n. 1 is closed from Sun 09 Nov 2025 until Sat 31 Jan 2026 A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the spa is available or with the collective formula for one hour free of charge between 16 and 19 or with the private formula with a surcharge of EUR 50 per person per 2 hours daily spa 10-12 or 13-15 and EUR 90 per person per 3 hours evening spa 20-23 with a bottle of Franciacorta. Reservation is always needed. Please note, children aged 18 and under are not allowed in the spa. Air conditioning is available from June until the end of September. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 15 per pet, per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet per room is allowed. Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 15 kilos. From 2025 the domestic animals will be allowed only at the Standart Rooms Please note that parking is not guaranteed as parking spaces are limited.
