In order to maintain and improve our facilities, we will be carrying out painting work on the south facing exterior wall of the hotel on the following dates. During the work, we will pay close attention to safety and noise control. However, construction noise, vibrations, and odors from the paint may be present. Additionally, scaffolding will be installed on the south side of the hotel during the work period. ■Construction Period: Saturday, July 30, 2025 - Tuesday, December 10, 2025 ■Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ■Construction Area: South-facing exterior wall of the hotel ■Work Details: Scaffolding construction and demolition, pressure washing, exterior wall painting *Construction may be postponed due to inclement weather or other factors. ・Noise and vibrations may be experienced during construction. ・There may be odors caused by the paint, so please keep opening and closing windows to a minimum. ・Depending on the location of scaffolding, opening and closing windows may be restricted in some guest rooms. ・Even outside of work hours, staff may pass through the scaffolding outside the guest rooms to check the safety of the scaffolding or to carry out emergency work such as removing and attaching scaffolding nets in strong winds. ・Frosted glass sheets have been installed on the windows facing the scaffolding, so the interior of the room cannot be seen from outside, but if you are concerned about shadows being reflected inside, we ask that you keep the curtains closed.
