Please inform OTARU RETREAT by Onko Chishin in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Advance reservations are required for the Japanese tea room. Guests wishing to use the hotel shuttle to/from Otaruchikko Train Station must notify the hotel at least 1 day in advance. Same-day requests are not honored. The shuttle runs at 14:45, 15:45 and 16:45. Please note that there are no restaurants around the property. The nearest one is a 30-minute drive. Guests are recommended to book with breakfast and dinner. To eat dinner at the property, a reservation must be made at time of booking (Charges apply). Hotel cannot provide dinner when the meal is requested upon arrival. You must check in before 18:00 to eat dinner at the property. Guests who check in after this time may not be servd dinner, and no refund will be given. Guests are requested to inform the property in advance, of a telephone number where they can be reached on their arrival day. Contact details can be found in the booking confirmation.
