For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. In accordance to National Recovery Plan guidelines, The Maple Suite ONLY allowed to check in who are fully-vaccinated and must show their COVID-19 digital vaccination certification in MySejahtera upon checking in. Those completed 2nd dosed must be after 14 days of vaccination. Couples who are fully-vaccinated are ALLOWED to bring along their children who are 17 years old or younger for checking in.
It is prohibited to bring durian and mangosteen to the hotel.
