fraudulent host since 2022
Hello Booking Team
If you read all four previous reviews, you should realize that this apartment systematically cheats all its customers. Each of the posts reports that they weren't given the originally booked room, but a different one without a balcony. Vacationers also write that strangers were staying in a room.
WTF!!!
So I'm not the first guest to be cheated at this accommodation.
I immediately demand 100% of my money back, because apparently Booking doesn't care about the rating. How else can such a scam be tolerated when the guests had already noticed it with their reviews?
It's inexplicable that such an attitude is tolerated. Just read the four reviews, which makes mine unnecessary, because I, too, was cheated out of the apartment with the balcony. However, the hostess is simply downplaying this fraudulent way of ripping off customers to me and probably to previous customers as well.
This location and site must be deleted immediately, and the hostess Silvia deserves to be punished and protected for her deception of all travelers!
…oh yes, in my case, there was mold in the bathroom, piles of trash in front of the entrance, better without suits upon arrival, blankets lying around on the sofas, security defects in the bedrooms because the windows couldn't be securely closed, which is why, in addition to the traumatizing, foul smell, we had to barricade the doors and move the bed into the living room to protect ourselves from intruders.
Of course, we weren't staying in the apartment with the balcony we booked!!!
☝️I also have to question Booking, or rather hold them responsible, because since 2022, all reviews have been in the same deplorable, unacceptable condition, which has been tolerated ever since.
What worse has to happen at this accommodation to close it and protect travelers from having to endure such conditions, even though they were already cheated with another apartment from the start???
In any case, I want 100% of my money back and hope that the holidaymakers before me have already received this, because the regulations clearly state that any changes to a booking will incur a fee equivalent to the full amount paid, which is of course mutually agreed upon!

if you want a terrible experience this is for you (I had no particular expectations given the price)
DON'T GO THERE! the photographs do not match. the room is located on the 2nd floor without a lift with an impracticable staircase, in a dilapidated building, in a decadent neighborhood, the room is dirty full of old objects from the cellar, unpaired household goods, the old TV not working like the other stove gas, the furniture is old and neglected (stuff from a junk shop), the "apartment" has a second bedroom which in my case was also inhabited by a Libyan who was wandering around!!
the reception on arrival is null, no response to calls and emails. it was evening and I only managed to get in thanks to a local gentleman who knew the landlady and who managed to contact her and get the lock code. then I discovered that the "kind"? " Lady"? lives in a nearby building. Passed the night in a bed with sheets of an unlikely color but with a certain smell. I FLED, the following morning, to another hotel (also a 4-star hotel with only 360 euros more). I contacted lasminute and am waiting for further answers. but DON'T GO THERE! federico p.

Seafront room
1/5 … The Room wasnt clean when we arrive, than the host call the cleaner… pillows are very tiny, yellow, and poor quality. Sheets are very old. We didn’t get room with a balcony, which we pay for. You share apartment with another people that lives here. And they walking to your room because washing machine is in the room we pay. Very dusty, there are cockroaches in the room… I’m am very disappointed, and they don’t want to get money back to us, to find something better…

Unhappy and very unpleasant due to being lied for the room and bad experience with the host.
We were lied about the room. We were accomodated in a different room than the one in the pictures (the one with the great view and balcony) and were left in a unfinished room with matted windows (you can't look through them) that don't open and NO view. The hairdryer was missing and there were lots of problems when contacting the host (especially in an emergency) as they didn't respond many times until I started asking Booking's Customer Service for help. No hangers in the wardrobe altough there are plenty of space for them. Some cables were protruding through the ceiling and left like that. Wifi was a bit problematic (not talking about the operator issues). There weren't any socket adapters, and while on the website they said that they are easy to find in most stores - they are not. Most stores didn't have them, there are a FEW hardware stores and chinese stores that sell them and they weren't easy to find and that's by having local guidance where to find them, we lost 2 hours walking in the scorching sun in order to find one that sells so we could charge our phones. What I didn't like the most though is the host response to my problems regarding the wrong room and issues that I encountered while being there. We paid for the room in the pictures and we were accomodated in a much worse room with no view for the SAME PRICE. 2-3 days in the stay after complaining they asked us if we would want to check out the original room and saying that there were problems there. Obviously we refused as it didn't make sense to go into a room with issues and the host accepted this as a green light that they shouldn't compensate us. That's not how you run such a business...
