This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Lomas San Pedro in advance of your expected arrival time. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Any non-compliance will have an additional cost for deep cleaning. Unforeseen events in services such as electricity, water, internet, pool or other services are beyond our control.
