Khalid is amazing!
This riad was well located in the bustle of Marrakech. My friend and I were arriving via driver from our Sahara desert tour and the night before, Khalid messaged me to confirm our arrival time. He instructed me to have our driver call him so he could meet us and walk with us to the riad. Even our driver was impressed by Khalid’s kindness and how he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was frustration free from the moment we got in.
It didn’t end there. He arranged for our taxi to and from dinner that night as well as the next morning. He gave us great advice on how to navigate the city. It felt like we had a father figure looking out for us being 2 girls in the city.
Breakfast was wonderful. Not sure what kind of bread/pancake it was but it was hot, melted in my mouth and tasted great with the jams and butter
There’s also a hammam and spa but we didn’t take advantage of it during our stay. The riad has a rooftop terrace and a lounge/seating area a floor below the terrace. Everything was well decorated and convenient for a spot to relax and unwind after a busy day.
Would definitely recommend this place and Khalid is a major factor. You can’t beat that level of hospitality and kindness

Wonderful place with amazing staff
Our room was small, but very comfortable, it was clean and cool, even during the heat hours of the day. The riad is a little hard to find the first time, as it is inside the Medina, in a place that cars can't reach, but the staff was really nice and went till a nearby mosque to pick and guide us. About the mosque, it is really close, so at 6am the prayer can wake you up. The localisation is really good, being some 1.5km from the main square in an almost straight line. The breakfast was really good, with eggs, bread, juice, coffee and jam. Also I need to praise the staff for everything they did, Khalid and Abdo are out of this world. They were there from even before our arrival, answering our questions thru message and helping arrange a pickup on the train station. During our stay they were there every moment to ensure that we were having a good time.

Nice and friendly staff,
We have this planned already from quite sometime, so we're really excited about this trip. We book this trip via booking.com, the manager of the hotel mentioned that they also provide a taxi service from the airport to the Riad which we find really helpful (just to make the transport from airport to Riad a lot simpler). We replied the email but the manager respond it quite late, but it was not an issue since it was confirmed the night before the flight.
Once we arrived at the airport, we went to the money changer and also got ourselves a local number just for internet (makes everything a lot easier).
The manager of the hotel was really helpful to help us, we called her once we arrived in Menara Airport and we found the two nice gentlemen who took us to the Riad.
When we arrived, one of the staff greet us and escort us to the Riad through a local neighborhood, he also nicely warned us about the typical scam that tourists usually received just as a friendly reminder.
The riad also offer us to use their local cellphone just incase we're lost and they can pick us up whenever we need help.
Overall, the Riad is really calm and quiet, staff is super nice and really helpful. It's not a perfect Riad but we really appreciate the imperfection. We enjoyed our stay

Really nice riad in the heart of Médina
Close to everything, clean and spacious rooms.
Really beautiful bathroom.
Breakfast is awesome and do not miss the dinner. Morroccan dishes cooked like home.
Staff very kind and helpful.

A return visit
As promised in my previous review, I returned for another stay at Riad Ariha and can still highly recommend it. As ever, there was nothing that was too much trouble for Khalid and his colleague and I found the riad spotlessly clean and just as peaceful and relaxing as ever. The rooms, bedding and bathrooms are beautiful! I love to relax at the riad after the craziness of the Médina listening to the chirping little sparrows or the call to prayer. I enjoy the roof terrace too. A couple of reviews refer to some sort of ‘scam’ involving the car service and I find this bemusing. Yes, it’s more expensive than a standard taxi but you’re informed of the cost upfront and it carries a degree of ease and convenience when you need to return to the airport that justifies the expense; for me anyway. I love this place and have every intention of returning again next spring. In shāʾa llāh.
