As per the directives of the Tourism Ministry In Saudi Arabia, the Official Checkin time in Makkah and Madinah officially starts from 6pm onwards therefore the Hotel Check-in time may vary and kept at the discretion of the Hotel. According to government policy and social customs in Saudi Arabia, it applies to Saudi Nationals and Residents that a marriage certificate needs to be provided upon check-in if a male and female shares a room. It is strictly prohibited to provide accommodation for visitors arriving on a visit visa from 18 April 2026 until 1 June 2026, unless they hold a valid Hajj permit. • Saudi and GCC nationals arriving for Umrah are permitted to stay in accommodation facilities until 2 May 2026, without the requirement of a permit. • Saudi nationals and residents, holding a work permit issued via the national permits platform, are permitted to stay in accommodation facilities during the Hajj Season.
