Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Piscina n.º 1 is closed from Fri 27 Feb 2026 until Mon 15 Jun 2026 Piscina n.º 1 is closed from Tue 15 Sept 2026 until Tue 15 Jun 2027 A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. IMPORTANT: Check-in is free of charge Monday through Saturday from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM. After 7:30 PM, as well as on Sundays and holidays, a fee of €30 will be charged when you pick up your keys. Outside these hours, keys will only be handed over to guests who have completed online check-in (otherwise, they will be considered a no-show) and will be charged the full amount of the stay. Please note that last-minute reservations may experience a delay of up to 2 hours at check-in (until 7:00 PM). Guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation upon arrival. If you are not the cardholder of the credit card used for the reservation, please contact the property in advance. Please note that an additional charge of €30 will apply for check-in after 7:30 PM or on Sundays and holidays. The seasonal outdoor pool is open from June 15th to September 15th.
