Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Paraiso Esperanto - Fincas Arena in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival. If you are not the owner of the credit card used to make the reservation, please contact the property in advance. Check-in from 17:00 to 19:30 is free from Monday to Saturday. From 19:30 onwards, and all day on Sundays and public holidays, there is a fee of 30EUR to be paid when collecting the keys. Outside of these hours, we can only hand over keys if the online check-in has been completed (otherwise it will be considered a no-show), and the full cost of the stay will be charged.
