This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Apartamentos Martha's in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If a late check out is made, €100 will be charged from the part of the damage deposit that was paid at check in. If the apartment is left very dirty, a cleaning fee of €200 will be charged. Additionally, an extra may be charged for excess noise at the times and non-compliance with the pool use scheduled under the property's policies and conditions. These charges may be charged extra or deducted directly from the damage deposit.
