This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. When booking half board, please note that drinks are not included. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Outdoor pool is closed from Sun 09 Nov 2025 until Mon 13 Apr 2026 EMBAT is closed from Sun 11 Jan 2026 until Thu 12 Feb 2026 A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. This accommodation occasionally celebrates events, and the area is very busy. Some rooms may be affected by noise. When booking 5 or more apartments, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Air conditioning is available during the summer from June until September, and heating is available during the winter season from November until March. The property will be going through renovation works from the 7th of October of 2025 until further notice. During this period, guests may experience some noise or light disturbances.
