Bed linen is included, while towels can be rented at the reception. Charges may be applicable. -AMENITIES: Please note, lockers in dormitory rooms are available for free but padlocks are not provided, guests must bring their own. -PAYMENT: The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. For advance purchase rates and non refundable rates the payment card used for booking must be presented upon check in. PET POLICY: Pets are allowed on request, but only when staying in a private room, and subject to a fee per dog per Stay.
