Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer if there is no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge or bring their own. The charges for bed linen and towels are as follows: Bed linen: EUR 15 per person, per stay. Towels: EUR 15 per person, per stay. When booking 28 days or more, different policies may apply.
