You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of SEK 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the following check-in hours: Monday-Sunday 15:00 -20:00. Please contact the property if you expect to arrive outside the check-in hours. Guests who have booked a room after office hours must call the hotel and leave a message so that they can be called back with check-in instructions. The restaurant is open from Monday to Friday 17:00-19:30. On weekends the restaurant is open only upon prior agreement.
