You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of THB 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. In the public areas, music is scheduled to be played from 11:00 - 21:00 hrs. daily. For privacy concerns, please note that all guestrooms will be secluded and restricted only for in-house guests. On 31st December 2023 the room rate is including New Year Dinner for maximum two people, an extra person will be at THB2,500.- per person and can be paid at the hotel lobby upon arrival. Please be informed that on November 10, 2023 until December 4, 2023 the hotel will start to maintenance the sign wall in front of the hotel (Polishing of wood, Replacement, Painting). The working day will be every day between 10.00am – 5.00pm. During this period, it might makes some noise from the maintenance process.
