This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that guests might be requested to collect keys from a shop near the apartment but that at some occasions guests will be requested to check in from our office near Camden Town Station. If this office check in happens after 8pm, there will be a late check in fee to be paid upon arrival. This is GBP50 after 8pm and GBP70 after midnight.
