Room was so nice it was clean and staff was friendly and helpful everything worked and was happy with the ease of finding a place to park overall extremely happy with the experience

We had to wait 10 minutes to check in nobody was at the desk. Our room had peeling wallpaper, a loose toilet seat and mold around the window. Limited items on the breakfast bar. And the light by the door flickered like a strobe light almost.

Always a Great stay. Reasonable rates. Rooms are well cleaned. Delicious breakfast bar with yummy waffles, bagels, muffins, cereal, good coffee, orange juice.
Rite in the heart of town. Restarants and shopping stores.
Minutes from the beach.
Staff was kind and helped when needed more towels and very accommodating.
Bonus restarant/bar attached to hotel.
The Gathering Place. Great food and great ice cream bar.

The hotel is dated. You get what you pay for. It was good for sleeping there. When using the sink it would clog. Towels had holes in them. Toilet sit so very low to the floor. Ceramic floor in bathroom crumbling. Carpets in room in need of cleaning. The grounds around the building needed cleaning. When we arrived on that Friday afternoon the trash can was full on the side of the building. When we left trash was over flowing on to the grass. There was a plastic bench there also and a cracked up plastic chair. Like I said this is what you get when you pay a rate that is low. It’s not a 5 star hotel by any means.

Clean room, spacious, microwave and refrigerator staff was excellent
Restaurant and bar is connected with happy hour and really good Detroit style pizza
Could use updated comforter and blanket
